1. Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for standard (non-custom) items.

2. Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

3. Personalised Products

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

4. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping
